Looking for a dynamic Center Head to manage academics, operations, and

drive admissions through counselling and parent follow-ups

Responsibilities

Handle admission enquiries, counselling & school tours

Regular follow-ups with parents for admission conversion

Oversee curriculum implementation & classroom quality

Manage teachers and support staff

Ensure smooth daily operations, safety & hygiene

Conduct parent meetings & handle concerns

Maintain admission data and centre reports

Skills Required:

Excellent communication & counselling skills

Strong parent handling ability

Leadership & team management

Organized and proactive

Qualification:

Graduate/Postgraduate (ECE preferred)

Your Role Will Include:

Being the face of the school for prospective parents
Conducting school tours & counselling sessions
Following up with parents and converting enquiries into admissions
Leading teachers and ensuring joyful learning in classrooms
Managing daily school operations, safety, and quality

Building strong, trusting relationships with parents
Creating a happy, positive environment for children and staff

Qualification & Experience
