About Company: - 9 Nakhre is one stop for Women`s Lifestyle with complete makeover. - Center Head (Business Operations and Sales) Location- Jaipur, Rajasthan An exciting opportunity to work with 9 Nakhre Saloon- A fast growing company in wellness and beauty sector. Responsibilities : This is a full-time on-site role for Center Head. The duty of Center Head at 9 Nakhre will be responsible to manage a team of associates & the unit operations and sales to achieve business objectives, with a focus on the below. We require a person who will coordinate between team and management, between clients and artists. A. Operations Opening/Closing, Scheduling, Inventory Management, Marketing and other business-related tasks to ensure profitability. Oversee the hiring and scheduling of new staff, as well dealing with customer feedbacks and complaints. Responsible for inventory management and audits. Create and maintain team roasters. B. Marketing Goals Work with marketing team to execute relevant marketing & activation tools to achieve business objectives. Responsible for ensuring that the brand guidelines are followed properly. Creating schemes in benefit of organization as well clients and also to grow footfall. C. Financial Goals Enhance revenue from services and membership to achieve budgets. D. Quality Assurance Ensure strict implementations of SOP`s. Take initiative towards customer service recovery, with attention to details as an attitude towards work. Ensure Client retention and quality services at all given point. E. Sales Driven Promote services, products related to salon services. Introduce ideas to grow the business, increase the overall profitability of entire business. Ownership of each and every department to drive sales. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed Monthly and Quarterly sales targets. Monitor sales performance, track progress and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results. F. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationship with existing members ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
