We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations, and supporting our visa and immigration consultancy processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
Manage client records, documents, and appointments efficiently.
Assist in visa and immigration application processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate with immigration consultants and other staff members.
Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and in person.
Maintain office supplies, manage inventory, and oversee office logistics.
Prepare reports, maintain databases, and manage filing systems.
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Admin Officer, Office Manager, or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other administrative tools.
Knowledge of visa and immigration procedures is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly.
