Job Description

The Centre Head will lead and manage all functions of the training centre: operations, admissions, academics, faculty/staff management, student experience, and revenue growth. They must ensure that the centre meets business targets, maintains high academic and service standards, and aligns with brand & compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Admissions

Own overall centre performance -- admissions, enrolments, revenue, profitability. Indeed+1 Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to generate walk-ins, enquiries, conversions. Indeed+1 Monitor lead-to-admission conversion ratios, walk-in footfall growth, retention of students. Indeed

Academic & Student Experience

Oversee academic delivery: student attendance, trainer performance, quality of sessions. Indeed Ensure exceptional student experience, timely resolution of escalations, compliance with SOPs/brand standards. Indeed+1

Operations & Staff Management

Lead, train, supervise counsellors, faculty, support staff; set and track daily/monthly targets. Brand & Compliance

Ensure adherence to brand guidelines (Lakme), training curriculum (Aptech) and regulatory/compliance protocols. Indeed+1 Coordinate with the zonal/regional office for curriculum updates, audits, marketing campaigns.
