Job Title Center Head - General Manager

Required Number 1

Qualification Any Master's Degree with minimum 10 years of Industry Experience or Any UG Degree with 15 years of Industry Experience. Teaching experience in Soft Skills classes is preferred

GENERAL



Formulating strategies and implementing policies and programmes Supervise overall functions of CIR at Amaravathi campus Coordination with Campus Director and Principals of the Schools



COLLABORATION



Industry and academia Collaboration for mutual benefit. Securing grants from prominent industrial houses and government agencies Plan and execute an annual day with industry partners



CORPORATE RELATIONS



Able to build and maintain excellent rapport with the top management of various organizations and industries Initiate



Memorandums of Understanding with major companies, research agencies and institutions get consultancy and sponsored projects from industry



Organise annual CEO/HR meet



Reach out to the potential recruiters for placements



Handling Corporate Skills classes



Handle Soft Skill classes for MBA students.



Get internship from industries.



Conduct mock interviews, resume workshop, Group Discussions and prepare the students for Placements
