Operations & Administration
Manage daily operations to ensure seamless functioning of the centre.
Maintain accurate staff rosters, attendance records, timetables, and schedules.
Oversee timely submission of reports, planning calendars, and review documentation.
Coordinate infrastructure requirements, regular safety checks, and inventory.
People Management
Lead, guide, and support teaching and non-teaching staff.
Conduct regular team meetings, professional development sessions, and performance appraisals.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that supports continuous improvement.
Parent Communication & Community Engagement
Serve as the primary contact for parent communication and conflict resolution.
Organise parent orientations, PTMs, workshops, and school events.
Build strong parent-school relationships through regular updates and transparent communication.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure adherence to all local/state education regulations and preschool licensing requirements.
Implement and monitor child protection, health, hygiene, and safety protocols.
Maintain updated records for audits, inspections, and emergency preparedness.
Strategic Planning
Collaborate on annual calendar planning, key school events, and curriculum reviews.
Provide actionable insights for process improvement, quality enhancement, and growth.
Support leadership with data-driven recommendations.
Admissions
Coordinate the end-to-end admissions process, including enquiry handling, campus tours, and parent meetings.
Work closely with the leadership team to meet enrolment targets.
Maintain accurate records and ensure a warm, informative onboarding experience for new families.
Candidate Profile
Experience:
4-10 years in Preschool/Early Childhood Education, Counselling, Sales, or Customer Service.
Proven experience in admissions, team leadership, and operations.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Excellent command over English (spoken and written).
Graduate degree required; early childhood education certification preferred.
