Job Title:

Center Head (Only Females)

Woodnote Preschool, Gachibowli Branch

Roles and Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the preschool, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment. Lead, guide, and support teachers and staff to maintain high academic and operational standards. Handle parent inquiries, counseling, admissions, and ensure smooth onboarding of students. Monitor curriculum implementation and ensure adherence to Montessori and early childhood education standards. Manage center finances, resource planning, and staff scheduling efficiently. Plan and execute school events, parent-teacher meetings, and promotional activities. Maintain positive communication and relationships with parents, staff, and management. Ensure compliance with school policies, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or related field. Certification in

Montessori / NTT / Early Childhood Education

is mandatory. Minimum

2 years of experience as a Center Head

in a reputed preschool. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage operations, team coordination, and parent relations effectively.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
