to lead the complete operations of our Sadasivapet center. The role requires strong discipline, leadership, and the ability to maintain high operational standards, staff performance, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Leadership
Supervise day-to-day center operations.
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and adherence to SOPs.
Ensure hygiene, safety, and security standards at the center.
Conduct daily checklists, inspections, and operational reviews.
2. Team & Staff Management
Manage and lead front office, therapists, housekeeping, and support staff.
Conduct training, grooming checks, and daily briefings.
Monitor attendance, behavior, and performance of employees.
Resolve staff issues professionally and maintain a positive work environment.
3. Customer Experience
Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Attend to customer complaints and provide quick resolutions.
Maintain professional standards in client interaction and service flow.
4. Business & Revenue Management
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets.
Drive promotions, upselling, and membership conversions.
Track revenue performance and suggest improvement strategies.
5. Security & Risk Management
Implement strict security policies: access control, CCTV monitoring, logbooks.
Manage emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
Ensure safety of clients, staff, and center property.
6. Inventory & Asset Management
Monitor stock levels and prevent wastage or pilferage.
Maintain accurate inventory records.
Coordinate with vendors for materials and maintenance.
Candidate Profile (Ex-Servicemen Preferred)
Ex-Army / Navy / Air Force personnel (JCO/NCO ranks ideal).
Strong leadership, discipline, and team-handling capabilities.
Experience in operations, administration, or supervisory roles.
Good communication skills and customer-oriented approach.
Physically fit and proactive problem solver.
Salary Range
?60,000 - ?70,000 per month
