We are seeking a seasoned and visionary Center Head with over 15 years of experience in the education or edutech industry. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership and excellent communication skills to lead and manage our academy center, ensuring operational excellence, academic success, and business growth. This role demands a strategic thinker who can inspire teams, foster innovation, and uphold the highest standards of quality education.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead the overall operations and management of the academy center, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and vision. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive student enrollment, retention, and overall business growth. Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and motivation to faculty, staff, and administrative teams. Maintain high standards of academic excellence by overseeing curriculum implementation, teaching methodologies, and student performance. Build and nurture relationships with students, parents, and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure profitability and operational efficiency. Implement effective marketing and outreach initiatives to promote the center and expand its reach. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies and procedures. Drive continuous improvement by analyzing performance metrics, feedback, and market trends. Act as the primary point of contact between the academy center and the corporate office. Lead recruitment, training, and professional development programs for staff. Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Minimum 15 years of experience in education, edutech, or related sectors with progressive leadership roles. Proven track record of successfully managing education centers or similar establishments. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and influence. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Sound financial acumen and experience managing budgets. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proficiency with educational technologies and digital learning platforms. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Passionate about education and committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:



Advanced degree in Education, Business Management, or related fields. Experience in scaling edutech initiatives or startups. Knowledge of current trends in digital education and technology.
