Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the preschool to ensure smooth functioning and adherence to organizational standards.
Drive revenue and admission targets through effective inquiry handling, parent counseling, and lead conversion.
Plan and execute local marketing initiatives such as events, roadshows, and in-center activities to boost admissions.
Ensure implementation of the academic curriculum and support teachers in maintaining teaching quality and lesson planning.
Maintain high standards of health, safety, and hygiene across the center.
Engage with parents regularly to build trust, address concerns, and foster community involvement.
Monitor staff performance, ensure retention, and provide training and support where necessary.
Embrace KRAs and adapt to new operational or academic strategies introduced by the organization.
Track center performance metrics and implement improvements as needed to maximize efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
Graduate / Postgraduate in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred).
Minimum 4 years of experience in preschool operations or leadership roles.
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Passionate about early childhood education with a child-centric approach.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities, motivate teams, and work collaboratively.
