Academy Head

for its

Indian International Hair Makeup Beauty Academy at Mohali (Punjab).

We are looking for a skilled and experienced

Academy/Center Head

to oversee our center's operations, manage growth, and maintain quality. This role requires strong leadership, academic, and operational management abilities.Key Responsibilities

Lead academic and administrative operations. Ensure high-quality course delivery aligned with industry and national /international standards Manage and train staff and faculty. Drive admissions and enrollment growth. Develop and maintain relationships with beauty brands and industry experts for placements. Ensure excellent student and client experience. Maintain compliance with regulations and standards. Oversee budgets, inventory, and marketing.
Qualifications & Skills

minimum 10 years of experience as a Center /Academy Head in a beauty academy or similar institute. Degree or certification in a relevant field preferred. Proven success in academic operations and team leadership. Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of beauty treatments, trends, and salon management. Proficiency in management software and Microsoft Office.
