Regional Manager / Director - Preschool Operations

Job Summary:
The Center Head is responsible for the overall management, growth, and development of the preschool center. This role ensures the highest standards of early childhood education, safety, and operational excellence while fostering a nurturing environment for children, staff, and parents.
Key Responsibilities:1. Center Operations Management
Oversee day-to-day operations of the preschool center.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and hygiene standards.
Maintain facilities to ensure a clean, child-friendly environment.
2. Academic & Curriculum Oversight
Implement and monitor the curriculum in line with the school's philosophy.
Conduct regular classroom observations to ensure teaching quality.
Support teachers in planning, execution, and review of lesson plans.
3. Staff Leadership & Development
Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Create a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented workplace culture.
4. Parent Communication & Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for parent concerns and feedback.
Organize parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and events.
Build trust with parents and engage them in the developmental journey of their children.
5. Admissions & Marketing
Promote the center through local outreach and marketing initiatives.
Handle inquiries, school tours, and the admissions process.
Ensure enrollment targets are met or exceeded.
6. Financial & Administrative Oversight
Monitor center budgets, expenses, and profitability.
Maintain records of staff, students, and activities as per school policy.
Submit regular reports to the management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Management, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in preschool/early childhood education, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of child development principles and preschool operations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
