Roles & Responsibilities:

? Oversee daily operations of the preschool , daycare and activities
? Ensure a safe, loving, and engaging environment for children aged 2+ years
? Lead, train, and mentor teachers and support staff
? Maintain high standards of curriculum implementation and classroom practices
? Build positive relationships with parents and address their concerns professionally
? Drive admissions, parent engagement, and marketing activities indoor & outdoor
? Ensure compliance with EuroKids policies and operational standards

Requirements:

Graduate/Post-Graduate
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role in a school/ preschool
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership with a child-first approach
