Job Type:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the preschool , daycare and activities

Ensure a safe, loving, and engaging environment for children aged 2+ years

Lead, train, and mentor teachers and support staff

Maintain high standards of curriculum implementation and classroom practices

Build positive relationships with parents and address their concerns professionally

Drive admissions, parent engagement, and marketing activities indoor & outdoor

Ensure compliance with EuroKids policies and operational standards

Requirements:

Graduate/Post-Graduate
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role in a school/ preschool
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership with a child-first approach
