to lead and manage our skill development training centre under various government and CSR-funded schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
Mobilize and counsel candidates for various skill training programs.
Plan and coordinate training sessions as per SSC and scheme guidelines.
Ensure smooth conduct of training, assessments, and placements.
Manage trainee data and update progress on government portals (e.g., PMKVY, HSDM, DDU-GKY, etc.).
Eligibility & Skills:
Graduate/Postgraduate (Preference: Management / Social Work / Education).
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in skill development/education or training sector or relavent field.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and government portal operations.
Computer proficiency & emails etc handling
Salary:
