Job Description

We are looking for Center Coordinator for our below location

Srikakulam (AP) Kakinada (AP) Ellur (AP) Kavali (AP) Mumbai (MH)
Registration of new patients in the portal

Schedule patient appointments and ensure that patients come on date Planning of Lab investigations of the day

Sending blood request to the Blood Bank Chelation issue to patients similarly make an entry in ThalCare Auto Import of Lab investigations

Maintenance of medicine Stock and finance register

Counseling on chelation adherence and document it in ThalCare HLA Typing for required patients SES documentation

Coordinate all aspects of family interactions with the organization for the purpose of thalassemia management

Be the primary contact point for patients coming for care

Prepare requests for financial assistance from families along with supporting documents Take feedback from families and be the primary support for them

Capturing Height and Weight of the patient Do the CBC of all the patients

Supporting for chelation issue to the patients

Documentation of transfusion reaction in ThalCare Update visit records with all details of transfusion Raise lab investigations on the system

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?23,000.00 per month
