Centre Coordinator
with basic knowledge of
Self-Help Group (SHG) creation
and
government liaisoning
to manage our community centre operations and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily centre operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Mobilize community members and facilitate SHG formation.
Liaise with local government departments, Panchayat, and banks for scheme linkages.
Organise training sessions, awareness programs, and community meetings.
Maintain accurate records, registers, and prepare periodic reports.
Support project implementation and meet defined targets.
Qualifications:
Graduate in Social Work, Rural Development, or related field
1-3 years of experience in community-based projects.
Basic knowledge of SHG creation and government liaisoning.
Good communication skills in Hindi/local language.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, internet).
