About the role:

The center coordinator will be a key member to impart lessons to the children and carrying out the daily activities following the designed curriculum.

Work Description:

The work of the center coordinator includes the following: Sending daily center updates on WhatsApp groups and updating the same on the UPAY app. Preparing daily syllabus plan and sending weekly updates of syllabus plan. Compilation of the center monthly report and sending the it to Center head, Zonal Coordinator, and Zonal Director. Sharing center requirements to the center head and updating the same after receiving the material. Maintenance and record keeping of UPAY assets in the Stock Register. Any work assigned by the center head/zonal director. Preparation /printing and coordination of tests, parents' meetings, etc. every month Preparation of Center test results, updating it in excel sheet and UPAY app and compilation of monthly students performance report. School Visit - Once a month (If required) Home Visit (Twice a week ) Coordination with a center head for monthly activities planning and timely execution of activities as per the Activity Calendar. Attending monthly volunteer meetings and Syllabus meetings. Center coordinator shall maintain the admission form, and shall ensure the distribution of ID cards at the center. Shall complete all the tasks assigned by the center head and Zonal Director in the assigned time. Teaching classes 8-10 English, Hindi, Mathematics and Science.

Graduate in any field

Maximum age limit 30 years

Part-time opportunity - 2.5 - 3 hours/day
