Role Overview
We are seeking a professional and well-organized
Center Coordinator / Front Desk Manager
to oversee front-office operations and ensure efficient coordination across all center activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proven capacity to work collaboratively within a team. This role is central to maintaining a streamlined experience for students, parents, and faculty.
Welcome and assist students, parents, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Respond to phone calls, emails, and inquiries with clarity and accuracy.
Manage student walk-ins, appointment scheduling, and service requests.
Maintain an organized and presentable reception area.
Center Operations & Coordination
Coordinate daily center operations in alignment with internal teams.
Ensure smooth communication between students, faculty, and administrative staff.
Maintain updated documentation, records, and student databases.
Monitor classroom schedules, faculty availability, and resource allocation.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with the management, academic, and support teams to ensure efficient workflow.
Support colleagues during events, examinations, or high-demand periods.
Contribute to process improvements and uphold operational standards.
Administrative Support
Prepare daily reports, attendance logs, and follow-up records.
Assist in inventory management and procurement of supplies.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
