We are looking for a capable and socially committed
Center Manager
to lead the operations of a government-supported center. The role requires strong leadership, team management, and community engagement skills to ensure the center runs efficiently and delivers impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the center
Hire, train, and supervise staff and field teams
Delegate tasks and monitor team performance
Develop and implement plans for center growth and outreach
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with project guidelines
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
Organize community engagement activities and awareness drives
Uphold high standards of integrity, professionalism, and social responsibility
Candidate Requirements:
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Experience in managing staff and center operations
Commitment to social development and public service
Ability to plan, organize, and execute outreach initiatives
Prior experience in government or community projects preferred
