: Support the Customer Experience Managers with the overall execution of the visit. Set up the Board Room for DXC Executive and Client Visits. Help with Board Room bookings for both internal and client meetings. Coordinating with IT & Facilities/House Keeping teams for IT and Board room related arrangements. Handling costs and expenses to assist Customer Experience managers in budget preparation. Handling discussions with vendor on visit requirements. Ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained and assist with proactive maintenance. Dealing with emergencies as they arise during the business visits. Planning for the future needs by forecasting the facility\xe2\x80\x99s upcoming requirements. Handle all emergency situations while completing all required paperwork by keeping onboard supervisor when required Providing insights to the supervisor of daily needs, improvements needed and client feedback
