Education Qualification

: Bachelors degree in EEE / ECE

Required Experience

: 10 to 14 years of experience

Purpose of the role

a) To lead and guide the team to perform New Product Development activities, Warranty analysis, Handling change management, Handling assembly line failures.
b) To minimize risk of new product launch and meeting the series production compliance and quality requirements.

Primary Responsibilities

a) Warranty analysis on EE parts and implementing the action plan in TVS processes or in supplier end.
b) Ensuring the NPD activities like Specification document feedback closure, Drawing feedback closure, Design validation test feedback closure, Vehicle build failure closure PPAP, etc.,
c) Recommending technical solution to supplier / TVS R&D for design or process related failure.
d) Performing signoff between internal and supplier for quality requirement as per TVSM NPD process.
e) Arriving the weekly plan to the team and conducting the review on the plan
f) Presenting EE part development and warranty progress to the Quality section head and project manager.
g) Performing the Supplier Selection Audit at supplier end.
h) Reviewing the Functional safety status and software status for critical ECUs.
