Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Cell Biologist with proven expertise in cellular biology and hands-on experience in the independent development of 3D printed skin tissue models. The ideal candidate will be self-directed, technically skilled, and capable of managing projects from cell culture preparation to functional tissue model fabrication.
Key Responsibilities
Independently design, develop, and validate 3D printed skin tissue models.
Conduct high-quality cell culture, maintenance, and differentiation protocols.
Optimize bioprinting parameters for human skin cell types (keratinocytes, fibroblasts, melanocytes).
Perform analytical evaluations of printed tissues including histological and viability assays.
Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate tissue models into product testing workflows.
Maintain accurate documentation of experiments and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Master's or PhD in Cell Biology, Tissue Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of independent lab experience in 3D bioprinting of skin or other tissue models.
Strong knowledge of human skin biology and cellular interactions.
Proficiency with bioink formulations and bioprinter operation.
Experience with imaging, viability assays, and histological analysis.
Ability to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills
Prior work in cosmetic or pharmaceutical testing models.
Familiarity with GMP and ISO regulatory frameworks.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
