Job Title CE Logistics Manager GCC
Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced and skilled logistics manager to handle Continent Europe based warehouses on its logistics requirements, inventory reconciliation and repack operations. Good Knowledge of working on inbound/outbound issues, idocs resolution, PO creations, inventory management, invoicing, accrual bookings, blocked invoices, stock reallocations, customer dispute management. Manage stakeholder expectations and drive new projects while working closely with leadership. Essential Functions &
Responsibilities o
Lead a team of 10 logistics professionals: Across multiple European countries, optimizing transport operations and ensuring seamless supply chain executions.

• Develop and monitored KPIs: For team performance and logistics efficiency, set up key KPI's and timely reviewing, improving the targets.

• Train and mentor team members: Promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, resulting in increase in team efficiency.

• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, stakeholders and warehouse team, ensuring alignment on logistics objectives and compliance across European markets.

• Facilitate cross functional collaboration, with trade, procurement, supply planning and warehouse teams, improving communication and reduced ATP cuts on orders.

• Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to review performance metrics, address bottlenecks and align on supply chain goals, driving improvements in the operation process.

• Lead SAP implementation for logistics module, play key role in new SAP plant set up and integration with WMS systems.

• Coordinate with IT and business teams, to define requirements and customize SAP configurations, ensuring alignment with EU transport regulations and company logistics goals.

• Design and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) , for sap logistics modules, validated end to end processes from inbounds, stock adjustments, outbounds, repack, stock transfers, invoicing.

• Developed UAT test scripts and scenarios, monitored post-implementation SAP performance.

• Conduct daily performance reviews, with a team of 10, presenting KPIs such as stock reconcile, CTP (conformance to plan) , blocked invoices, driving improvement in daily operational efficiency.

Prepare and deliver weekly dashboards, Using SAP, Ariba, OTM data to monitor shipment statues and inventory levels, enabling real-time decision making for logistics operations across Europe.

• Lead monthly stakeholder reviews, showcasing logistics achievements and proposing process enhancements, resulting increase in stakeholder satisfaction scores.

Expected Experience & Required Skills
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in logistics & Supply Chain, or a related field. Experience in managing a team, preferably in a global or multinational company.
Sound knowledge of key inbound & outbound operations in warehouse and routines. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to inform business decisions. Proficiency in SAP and OTM (On-Time Delivery) is an added advantage.
Proficiency in Excel and Power BI is an added advantage.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage expectations and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Reports To GCC Senior Manager Logistics Europe and Pacific Developed Markets
Work Environment & Schedule Work location: GCC Ahmedabad, India
Work schedule: Europe shift, 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Hybrid work arrangement, with a mix of office and remote work.
