Key Responsibilities
Plan, prep, and cook dishes across various global cuisines (e.g., Continental, Italian, Asian, Middle Eastern, American, Mexican, etc.)
Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, presentation, and hygiene
Create new menu items and contribute to seasonal/upgraded menus
Ensure portion control, cooking procedures, and recipes are followed
Manage inventory, stock rotation, and minimize food wastage
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards in the kitchen
Train junior chefs and commis when required
Requirements
Proven experience as a Global Cuisine Chef, Multi-Cuisine Chef, or equivalent role
Strong knowledge of at least
2-3 international cuisines
Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment
Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen SOPs
Creativity in food preparation and plating
Good communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and peak hours
Preferred Qualifications
Culinary degree/diploma from a recognized institute (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience in restaurants, hotels, cafes, or cloud kitchens
