Prepare and cook Continental dishes as per standards
Handle hot & cold kitchen sections efficiently
Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
Assist Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
Supervise commis chefs and support staff
Maintain food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness
Control food cost, wastage, and portioning
Requirements:
CDP:
Minimum 3-5 years experience in Continental cuisine
DCDP:
Minimum 2-3 years experience in Continental kitchen
Strong knowledge of Continental cooking techniques
Ability to work under pressure and lead a team
Good communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of kitchen hygiene standards
