Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook dishes across multiple cuisines (Indian, Continental, Chinese, etc.).
Supervise Commis chefs and assist in training.
Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation standards.
Ensure kitchen hygiene, safety, and stock management.
Assist Sous Chef/Head Chef with menu planning and daily operations.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience as CDP or in a similar role.
Skilled in handling multiple cuisines.
Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
