Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

Preparation and Baking:

Preparing doughs, fillings, and other ingredients according to recipes and standards.

Proofing and Baking:

Ensuring correct proofing times and temperatures, and baking goods to meet quality standards.

Presentation:

Presenting baked goods in a visually appealing and appetizing manner.

Quality Control:

Monitoring the taste, texture, and appearance of baked goods to ensure consistency and quality.

Food Safety:

Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, following food safety and sanitation guidelines, and adhering to hygiene standards.

Inventory Management:

Monitoring ingredient levels, ordering supplies, and managing waste.

Training and Supervision:

Assisting in training and supervising junior staff members, if applicable.

Equipment Maintenance:

Ensuring bakery equipment is in good working order and maintained properly.

New Product Development:

Contributing ideas and suggestions for new baked goods and menu items.

Collaboration:

Working closely with other bakery staff and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?27,000.00 per month
