Position Summary



We are seeking

enthusiastic and skilled kitchen professionals

to join our growing Cloud Kitchen team in Balewadi, Pune. We have openings across various levels, from experienced

Jr. Sous Chef

to entry-level

Commi III

. The ideal candidates will be passionate about fast-paced quality food production, specializing in

Gourmet Burgers and Continental QSR

items. This role is critical in maintaining our high standards of food quality, speed, and consistency for delivery operations.

Available Roles & Responsibilities



The specific duties will vary based on the position offered (Jr. Sous Chef, DCDP, CDP, Commi I, II, or III), but general responsibilities across the team include:

I. Core Culinary Operations



Preparation:

Execute all mise en place duties efficiently, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and patty formation, ensuring minimal waste.

Cooking & Assembly:

Precisely follow standardized recipes (SOPs) for all menu items (burgers, sides, continental dishes, etc.).

Quality Control:

Ensure every dish meets the required quality, portion size, and presentation standards before packaging for dispatch.

Speed & Efficiency:

Maintain high speed and consistency in food production to meet QSR and cloud kitchen order volume demands.

Inventory:

Assist in receiving, checking, and storing food supplies correctly, following FIFO (First In, First Out) principles.

II. Kitchen Management & Hygiene



Hygiene & Sanitation:

Adhere strictly to all Food Safety and Hygiene standards (HACCP principles), maintaining a clean and sanitized workstation at all times.

Equipment Maintenance:

Operate and clean all kitchen equipment (grills, fryers, ovens, etc.) safely and report any necessary maintenance.

Teamwork:

Communicate effectively with colleagues, supporting all stations as needed to ensure smooth order flow.

Ad-hoc Duties:

Perform any other relevant tasks as assigned by the Head Chef or Kitchen Manager.

Specific Role Requirements



RolePrimary Focus/ExperienceKey Skill/Attribute



Jr. Sous Chef -

Minimum 3+ years experience, proven leadership skills, menu execution. Inventory management, team training, cost control.

DCDP / CDP

2-3 years experience, expertise in a specific section (e.g., Hot Section/Grill).Strong station organization and speed.

Commi I / II

1-2 years experience, strong foundation in basic cooking techniques & prep. Consistency, attention to detail.

Commi III

Freshers/less than 1 year experience, eager to learn. Discipline, speed in basic prep tasks.

Candidate Requirements



Relevant culinary degree/diploma or equivalent on-the-job experience. Demonstrated knowledge of

Continental cuisine

and

Burger

preparation techniques. Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Knowledge of standard kitchen safety and hygiene practices. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
