. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of child psychology, learning theories, and pedagogical approaches relevant to

competitive teaching exams.

Your role will be crucial in shaping future educators by helping them master CDP concepts effectively.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Conduct

live, interactive online sessions

on

Child Development & Pedagogy (CDP)

for CTET, central exams and other state TET exams. Develop

structured lesson plans

focusing on key CDP topics such as: Theories of Piaget, Vygotsky, Kohlberg, and Bruner Inclusive education, learning disabilities, and individualized teaching methods Assessment and evaluation techniques for diverse learners Provide

personalized feedback

to help students improve their conceptual clarity and exam performance. Stay updated with

latest NCERT, NEP 2020 guidelines

, and exam patterns. Use

digital teaching tools

(PPT, quizzes, interactive whiteboards) to enhance engagement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education (B.Ed/M.Ed), Psychology, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in CDP (CTET/TET coaching preferred).

Strong grasp of child psychology, teaching methodologies, and NCF frameworks.

Prior experience in

online teaching platforms

(Zoom, Google Meet, LMS).

CTET/STET/UPTET qualified candidates will be given preference.
