Position: Chef de Partie (South Indian Cuisine)
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for the preparation, cooking, and presentation of South Indian dishes in accordance with Le Pondy's standards.
Plan and execute daily mise-en-place for breakfast, lunch, and dinner operations.
Ensure consistency in taste, portion size, and quality of all South Indian menu items.
Supervise and guide Commis and trainees working in the South Indian section.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene, sanitation, and safety as per FSSAI norms.
Monitor raw material usage and minimize wastage through proper planning and storage.
Coordinate with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef for menu planning and special events.
Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas.
Follow standard recipes, SOPs, and cost control measures.
Support banquet and outdoor catering operations when required.
Comply with company policies, discipline, and grooming standards at all times.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
