We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie (CDP) specializing in South Indian and Chinese cuisine to join Salkara Family Restaurant in Saudi Arabia. The candidate will be responsible for managing a kitchen section, preparing quality dishes, and maintaining food standards.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: INR 43,000 per month
Accommodation and food provided by the company
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook South Indian and Chinese dishes as per restaurant standards
Manage and supervise assigned kitchen section
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards
Coordinate with senior chefs for smooth kitchen operations
Working Hours:
12 hours duty per day
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?42,000.00 - ?43,200.00 per month
