Key Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and present dishes across multiple stations to company standards
Assist in the development and execution of daily menus and specials
Maintain food quality, freshness, and consistency at all times
Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
Manage stock rotation, minimise waste, and support inventory control
Train and support junior kitchen staff when required
Work closely with the Head Chef and team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Uphold high standards of organisation and time management during busy service periods
Requirements
Minimum
7+ years of professional kitchen experience
At least
1 year experience as a Chef de Partie (CDP)
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques across various cuisines or stations
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
High standards for cleanliness and food presentation
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
