Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present high-quality dishes within your specialty (South Indian, Chinese, and other cuisines)
Supervise and support Commis chefs and kitchen staff
Ensure food hygiene and kitchen safety standards are maintained at all times
Coordinate with Sous Chef and Head Chef for daily operations
Manage inventory for your section and minimize wastage
Maintain consistency in taste and presentation of dishes
Requirements:
2 plus year of proven experience as Chef de Partie or similar role
Expertise in Indian and Chinese cuisine is a must; knowledge of other cuisines is an added advantage
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
Culinary diploma or equivalent certification is preferred
