Solution Consultant

who's passionate about

helping customers unlock the power of customer data

. This role bridges

pre-sales

post-sales

, and

customer success

You'll

partner

with

sales and professional services teams

to help enterprise customers

design

implement

, and

scale data-driven personalization

Meiro CDP

. From first demo to onboarding and renewal, you'll be a trusted advisor helping clients turn customer data into real business outcomes.

What you can expect from the position?

Act as the

go-to technical

and

strategic

advisor for enterprise customers. Partner with sales to

scope

architect tailored CDP solutions

. Lead

onboarding

integration discussions

customer engineering teams

. Drive adoption and expansion through consultative, hands-on engagement. Translate complex business challenges into clear, actionable solutions.

Collaborate with product

to share

customer insights

influence the roadmap

. Identify

growth opportunities

and partner with sales to realize them. Deliver

engaging demos

proof-of-concepts

proposals

enablement sessions

Pre-Sales


Support new customer acquisition

by showing how Meiro solves real-world data challenges. Deliver

clear

tailored demos

proposals

that accelerate decision-making.

Customer Success


Guide customers on

best practices

marketing use cases

. Help clients get the most out of Meiro through

workshops

training

optimization sessions

Identify new opportunities

Partner Support


Enable partners to

sell and implement Meiro

Go-to-Market Support


Collaborate with

?What makes you a great fit?

Must have:




2-5 years in CDP Solution Consulting

,

Sales Engineering

, or

Technical Customer Success

. Deep understanding of

CDP concepts

,

APIs

,

integrations

, and

analytics

. Ability to

map marketing objectives to CDP capabilities

(RFM, CLV, ROAS, etc.). Excellent

communication and storytelling skills

- you can make complex ideas simple.

Hands-on familiarity

with

SQL

,

APIs

, or

data workflows

(bonus if you can prototype). Strong multitasking and stakeholder management skills. A

growth mindset

- curious, adaptable, and focused on outcomes. Fluent in

English

and

Arabic

, both

written and spoken

Nice to have

Knowledge
