Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your specialty to the restaurant's standards.
Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Supervise and guide Commis and other junior staff in your section.
Ensure hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards are maintained as per FSSAI norms.
Manage stock levels, assist with inventory control, and minimize food wastage.
Collaborate with the team for menu planning and new dish development.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a CDP or in a similar role within a restaurant or hotel kitchen.
Culinary diploma or degree from a recognized hospitality or culinary institute preferred.
Strong knowledge of Indian, Continental, or Multi-Cuisine food preparation (as per restaurant focus).
Excellent time management and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards during service hours.
Immediate joiners preferred.
