CDP or Junior Sous Chef

with a strong background in

wellness retreats and healing resorts

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing menus that promote holistic well-being, focusing on nutritious, healing, and wellness-driven cuisines.


Key Responsibilities:




Design and execute

wellness-oriented menus

aligned with health and healing philosophies. Prepare a variety of

holistic cuisines

including vegetarian, vegan, sattvic, and Ayurvedic preparations. Ensure all dishes are crafted with

fresh, seasonal, and nutritious ingredients

. Maintain consistency in

culinary standards and presentation

. Work closely with the senior culinary team to develop new dishes and wellness food concepts. Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and kitchen management. Cater to guest-specific dietary requirements and preferences with precision and creativity.

Candidate Profile:




Prior experience in

wellness-focused properties

such as Jindal (Bengaluru), Vana (Dehradun)*, or equivalent wellness/healing retreats.
Expertise in

nutritious, holistic, and healing cuisines

. Strong understanding of

nutrition, Ayurveda, and plant-based cooking

. Ability to balance

flavor, wellness, and presentation

. * Professional, innovative, and committed to wellness-focused culinary practices.
