Key Responsibilities:
Cooking Expertise:
Prepare and cook a wide range of authentic Goan and South Indian dishes with a focus on quality and consistency.
Kitchen Management:
Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work station; manage inventory; and ensure all food safety standards are met.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and train junior kitchen staff (Commis Chefs) to ensure smooth operations and high-quality output.
Quality Control:
Work with the head chef to maintain and improve dish quality and assist in developing new menu items.
The role requires a strong understanding of both cuisines, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
