Supervise kitchen operations related to Goan cuisine and train junior staff.
Maintain hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
Manage inventory, control wastage, and ensure availability of Goan ingredients.
Collaborate with management to plan Goan-themed menus and seasonal offerings.
Monitor guest feedback and continuously improve Goan food quality.
