Handle the dim sum section independently during service

Ensure consistent taste, portioning, and presentation of all dim sum items.
Train, guide, and supervise junior kitchen staff in the dim sum section.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation of the dim sum station.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen SOPs at all times.
Plan prep work, manage stock, and ensure timely availability of ingredients.
Minimise food wastage and ensure proper storage of raw and cooked items.
Coordinate with other kitchen sections for smooth service operations.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience as CDP Dimsum or similar role in a Pan Asian restaurant.
Strong knowledge of dim sum preparation, fillings, doughs, and steaming techniques.
Ability to handle high-volume service independently.
Excellent attention to detail, hygiene, and presentation.
Ready to work in shifts and during busy hours.
Positive attitude, punctuality, and strong work ethic.
