We are looking for a skilled and passionate Continental Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our culinary team. The CDP will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality continental dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and ensuring smooth operations in their assigned section.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present a variety of continental dishes to the highest standards.
Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are consistent with restaurant standards.
Supervise and guide Commis Chefs and other junior staff in your section.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the workstation at all times.
Monitor portion control, waste management, and stock rotation.
Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and cost control.
Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, and hygiene regulations.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service.
