Prepare and present dishes according to standards and recipes.
Supervise and support Commis chefs in the section.
Ensure food quality, consistency, and timely service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
Assist Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu planning and daily operations.
Monitor inventory and minimize wastage.
