professionals to join our culinary team.

The selected candidates will be responsible for managing their respective kitchen sections, ensuring the preparation of high-quality dishes that meet our hotel's culinary standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily operations in the assigned section.
Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to standard recipes.
Maintain consistency, taste, and presentation of all dishes.
Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety practices.
Train and guide junior staff such as Commis I and Commis II.
Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to deliver excellent service.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a CDP or in a similar role.
Specialization in
Indo-Thai
or
Chinese
cuisine is mandatory.
Strong understanding of flavor profiles and presentation techniques.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to perform under pressure in a busy kitchen.
