About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and passionate
Chef de Partie (CDP)
to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will manage a specific section of the kitchen, maintain quality standards, and support the Head Chef in delivering excellent dishes consistently.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to the restaurant's standards.
Manage a specific kitchen section (grill, saute, fry, pantry, etc.).
Ensure all food is prepared with high hygiene and safety standards.
Monitor portion control and reduce food wastage.
Assist Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu planning and daily operations.
Train and guide Commis chefs and junior staff.
Maintain inventory and report shortages on time.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as CDP or Demi CDP.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Understanding of food safety and HACCP guidelines.
