Hiring: CDP (Chef de Partie) - Rusted Spoon Cafe, Uttarahalli

We are looking for a

skilled & passionate CDP

to join our premium cafe team.

Chef de Partie (CDP)

Rusted Spoon Cafe, Uttarahalli

Salary:

?25,000 - ?40,000 (based on experience)

Food:

2 Times Meals Provided

Accommodation:

Company Accommodation Provided

Working Hours:

9-Hour Login (1 Hour Break)

Job Responsibilities

The ideal candidate must be able to:

Cafe & Bakery Production

Prepare and manage trending cafe menu items
(Cakes, Rice Bowls, Ice Creams, Croissants, Cinnamon Rolls, Cookies, Pastries, etc.)

Follow cafe-style plating, consistency & taste standards Handle basic and advanced baking & confectionery tasks Create new menu items based on market trends

Kitchen Operations

Maintain kitchen hygiene, stock control & portioning Ensure quality, taste, and presentation are always premium Assist in managing junior kitchen staff Maintain cafe equipment & daily cleaning schedules

Candidate Requirements

Experience:

Minimum 2-4 years as CDP in Cafe/Bakery/Confectionery

Skills:

Strong knowledge in baking, confectionery & cafe food trends

Passion:

Must be genuinely passionate about bakery, cafe-style dishes & creativity

Personality:

Fast, disciplined, committed and able to handle rush hours

Language:

Basic English/Hindi preferred (not mandatory)
