Job Description

A Chef de Partie (CDP) is responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and supervising junior staff.

Key Responsibilities



Food Preparation

: Oversee daily food preparation and cooking in a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes meet quality standards.

Supervision

: Supervise junior chefs or commis, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

Quality Control

: Check the quality of raw and cooked food products, ensuring that they meet the restaurant's standards.

Menu Knowledge

: Maintain a thorough understanding of all menu items, including recipes, preparation methods, and presentation standards.

Inventory Management

: Assist in ordering and managing inventory, ensuring that all necessary ingredients are available for service.

Hygiene and Safety

: Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Collaboration

: Work closely with the Sous Chef and other kitchen staff to coordinate daily tasks and ensure smooth service during peak hours.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
