We're looking for an experienced
CDP
who can manage bakery & confectionery production, maintain quality, handle a diverse team, and support manpower hiring for our commissary.
What we expect:
? 3-5 years experience in bakery/confectionery
? Strong knowledge of sponges, pastries & frozen systems
? Ability to lead a team & support recruitment
? Strict adherence to hygiene & production SOPs
? Comfortable with high-volume production
