Requirements:

Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role at a reputed hotel or resort. Strong expertise in South Indian dishes, with attention to taste, quality, and presentation. Commitment to maintaining hygiene standards and kitchen efficiency. A team player with a passion for hospitality and culinary excellence. Team management skill.
