About the Role We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented CDM Delivery Associate to join our Career Development team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operational work, ensuring the smooth execution of impactful training programs for our Partnered Institutions. As part of this role, you'll get the chance to coordinate directly with top educational institutions and mentors, building key professional relationships while managing delivery logistics.
Key Responsibilities
? Manage operational tasks related to CDM (Career Development Module) delivery
? Coordinate with institute Points of Contact (POCs) and schedule sessions as per program timelines
? Maintain professional communication with mentors via email and ensure timely coordination
? Support backend delivery and logistics for interviews, group discussions, and other 1:1 and 1:Many sessions
? Ensure smooth program execution by maintaining trackers and documentation using Excel
? Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for session readiness and feedback Required Skills & Qualifications
Requirements
Education: MBA, BBA, or any graduate degree
? Strong communication and email writing skills (Must)
? Comfortable using Google Sheets
? A quick learner with strong organizational abilities
? Interest in operations and backend coordination Experience
