Job Purpose This role is accountable for providing analytics and predictive recommendations to IO CoE and Collection. Also prepares predictive instructions for work distribution / resource utilization to enable timely and effective capacity planning. This role will ensure the maximum efficiency and utilization of our field workforce, their tools and other resources needed to enable the Collection Work. This role is accountable for receiving, analyzing, inputing and setting up the required information, instructions, training and/or system settings for the IO CoE functional teams and the other BUs stakeholders to perform their work in the backoffice/field/factory. Participates in the planning & securing (hiring/procurement) processes for both human & tools On daily basis, manages the new and replacement process (off boarding/on boarding or Scrap ) for both human (due to hiring, attrition, availability changes) & tools (due to defects, theft or breakage) Participate in the development and training plans of quality and field personnel Certify Auditors with input from Sr. Auditors Train and certify QCTEs To review and improve training modules required for field employees Ensures accurate data in all relevant CDAR modules Processes new resources / new project / new audit information (in appropriate C-DAR tool), including resource requirements (human & tools) Maintans existing resources / project / audit information (in appropriate C-DAR tool), including resource requirements (human & tools) Coordinates with SME or Collection team the upload of appropriate training documents to the system / training module including translations Coordinates with Collection team to identify the training needs Creates/Maintains Master Catalogs, which are master files that are created and loaded during the set-up and maintained by the user during the production Get Historical data and IMDB refresh from Hub team Creates/Maintains Work Orders/JOs which contain the (internal/external) client requirements, and ensures the specifications are correctly captured Maintains standardization & synergy in the instructions created for the field Accountable for the Collector Definition set up which contains the collection specifications and rules to be apply during the auditing process Scope Key interface relationships (internal and external):internal within the CoE management and other IO CoE areas. EXTERNAL: with collection team and vendors. Qualifications Total experience: +3 years in similar position Bachelor degree Fluent English level (written and oral) & local language (as required for the region supported) Communication skills (both verbal & written) Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
