:
Manage and monitor critically ill patients in the CCU
Diagnose and treat acute cardiac conditions such as ACS, arrhythmias, heart failure, and cardiogenic shock
Interpret ECGs, ABGs, echocardiography findings, and cardiac biomarkers
Perform and supervise invasive and non-invasive procedures (central lines, arterial lines, temporary pacing, defibrillation, intubation, etc.)
Respond promptly to cardiac emergencies and code blue situations
Supervise, guide, and train Junior Residents and RMOs
Ensure proper ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
Coordinate with consultants, cath lab, ICU, and emergency department
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure medico-legal documentation
Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards
Communicate effectively with patients' families regarding condition and treatment (as guided by consultant)
Participate in night duties, on-call rotations, audits, and academic activities
Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) certified
Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
Ability to work under high-pressure critical care environments
Excellent communication and teamwork
Ethical, patient-focused approach
